Another Aussie new to photography

Ivan from Adelaide in South Australia. Just got myself a Pentax K 70 after much online research. Never had anything more than a point and shoot before. My wife has a mirrorless Olympus and is a keen photographer, so I thought I'd join her. Looking to learn from you all before I'm able to contribute very much to this forum, but looking forward to it.

Just have fun, you'll thoroughly enjoy the Pentax user interface, its nice big and in your face. So when you make a mistake you'll easily see where your settings are wrong, and can adjust. The K-70 is a real nice camera, nice choice !

Used to live there. Then I moved half way round the world.

Funny, England in winter does not feel as cold as Adelaide in winter. England, unsurprisingly, does not feel as hot at any time as Adelaide in summer.

Here, 20C is heatwave conditions.
