Eager to master the Pentax Astrotracker

This is my first post here. I’m a “panoholic” with a passionfor astrophotography. I recently traded my K-7 and K-5iis for a K-1, and I’mthrilled with this new camera. I’ve had a fair bit of experience shooting MilkyWay photos and dozens of star trails – bored by them now – but have yet to masterthe Pentax Astrotracker feature. Cananyone point me to some specific instruction on how to get the best resultswith the Astrotracker?

A couple of quick tips:

-calibrate early and often, multiple attempts are sometimes needed
-the sweet spot for exposures is 30 to 60s
-performance varies by focal length and location
-it's normal for corners not to be perfect with wider lenses
