Got the Pentax K-1 limited Silver Edition & Sigma Art Lens

I at last bit the bullet and purchased the Pentax K-1 limited Silver Edition & Sigma Art Lens .
Its my first flight into the Full frame world. I have always been a pentaxian and its such a joy to behold :-) .
I can also use my DA 300 on this hunk of a camera.
Looking forward to go out and shoot more pics :-) .

Noice!

Welcome to the forums, a great camera with great looks and a couple of excellent lenses to shoot with. Don't forget to set 'Crop' (camera set up menu 2 option 3) to FF for the DA*300 otherwise it will default to crop mode. The DA* 300 works a charm on the K-1 and I bet that Sigma 35 does too so I hope you choose to share some images with us.

Looking sweet!!! I have myself scored the same setup (black body though) + Marumi filter and a lens dock for a crazy deal!!! Couldn’t pass it. FF is tricky though nailing focus at 1.4. I’m still trying to adjust to my new gear but so far so good. Very pleased. Here is a quick test shot with this combo wide open.

The Sigma 35 art is excellent although prone to sample variations due to Sigmas less than stellar quality control. After testing my copy for optical defects, a small AF adjustment of -2, the lens has performed flawlessly ever since
