Apperantly I did not introduce myself

Now I have to say that I'm more of a backgroundbrowser anyway so... But here's a short shout-out to all you fellow Pentaxians, hello!

Started enjoying photography on an old, borrowed p&s camera. Upon researching long time ago, I came upon Pentax and I liked the way it spoke to me. Ended up last year or the year before buying a secondhand K-5 II. And am enjoying still. Though with the camera came a lot of options and learning. And actually left in in a corner for more than once. Saw an graph not long ago about photographers and how they initially think they rock, than buy stuff think they suck, than get better with experience and learning and, ah well.. Was a good laugh that graph, can't find it now. But I do can relate to it now.

So yeah, I like corny outdoors pictures. Attached two older ones. Hope you like 'm too.

Take care,

PS Should I worry about exif info?

Welcome

We are all constantly learning and improving, with setbacks aplenty. For amateur photographers here (which is most of us), that's the fun of it

Great photos - nothing corny about those!

Welcome to the forums mate, you've posted some cool images to start with and I hop you continue to share more with us too.

I recall seeing a learning curve for photographers a while back, it might be the one you're thinking of, this is it here: http://www.shuttercount.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/A-photographers-learning-curve.jpg

Doh! Just noticed your Avatar.

Hahaha @Tas Sorry, I should have updated my post Indeed that was the one! After I dipped in my toe posting my first topic I went a little wild updating my profile.

Thanks again all you guys ('n girls) for the warm welcome! I'll make sure I don't wait too long for uploading extra pictures. Staying in the light!

Oh, and just for fun I added the graph here once more:

Welcome

not sure what you mean about " worry about exif info "

it is added automatically as i understand it, most of the time

sometimes it doesn't id any lens or the exact type of lens

and then I might add that info

not required as far as I know

but I like to see it as part of my goal to gain knowledge

Yeah more about worrying my name goes all over the internet. ..

More my lightly paranoid side that's troubled stepping in to the light. Almost more an note to myself than a real question. Hope you can follow

All smilies aside, I do like the input, thanks! I actually like to look to other peoples pictures and how they where made as well.
