Hello, I am John. I am posting here as the moderator asks that we present ourselves first in the forum to avoid any spam connection. I choose the fuji to pentax poster as I too have a fiji xt-1 and too many M42 lenses which I really like using. I guess my criteria is not as high as some when they are reviewing lenses, which is why I am stepping out of the crowd and wanted to add a review of a Vivitar 200mm f3.5 an early version panned by the posters. I have to say right now it is my most favorite lens. On a little apc sensor you have to back up at least a block to get it in focus. But do I love the way this glass caresses the light. There is soul here. It has a little confusion getting its light in order but the rendering is beautiful I have an early version, I think. 16XXX is the serial with a 67mm thread. I will figure out how to post a few pictures. I like trees, cows out here where I live and the fog. I would be careful pointing it at someone. It looks dangerous sticking out from the fuji. Anyway you have to stand so faraway for a portrait you would need a walky talky
