Hello,
I have a few old Pentax cameras. My what I consider new K-30 has a few issues I am hoping to track down solutions for here.
I've made a little progress and am hoping to share more when I have the information.
I'm from Arizona and have been a Pentax uses ever from the time I dug out my moms old stuff back in the 90's

The K30 seemed to be plagued with an aperture block failure problem and there are several solutions in different threads here. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Someone will have an answer for your.

Luckily I have not seen the aperture block failure. I believe the internal battery has failed and needs to be replaced. The camera no longer holds time, not a big issue. But it does drain the main battery in less then 8 hours with the camera off.
