I'm a novice photog from Denver who's just upgraded from an lx100 to a shiny new k70 body. I first learned to shoot on my family's ancient k1000 and I'm looking forward to returning to a Pentax camera, and to joining you lovely people using them!

I'm primarily interested in landscape and travel photography, which I'm planning to start doing so with the Tamron lens that was paired with that k1000. Can't wait to get out shooting and share with the community!

Welcome to Pentax forums. I also had/have a K-1000 which I used before I got my first dslr (Pentax K-20D).
