Just upgraded myself from K50 to KP. Love the retro look and added functionalities. Been able to pick up a used lens 18mm - 135mm Pentax for it for a good price. Just encountered a small problem with the camera when the processing symbol would be stuck on the display for the live view and playback. Was able to resolve by popping out the battery. Will have to keep n eye on this. Wonder if others experienced this. Thought I would pick up a Pluto trigger for it and try some pics.

If you ever come through Kamloops, let me know! Always great to meet other B.C.'ers who shoot pentax.

Mine also did that, exactly one time the first or second day I had it. Resolved the same way.
There is a thread started by a member on remote triggers that work well with KP under the Pentax Camera/ KP section of the forum.
Welcome and hope to see some images, smoky or not soon!

So I tried the image sync app remote last night, as there was a beautiful moon rise over Kelowna. It works but was not what I expected. So this morning I found from the forum discussion another app also suited for Pentax cameras, called Pentax photo sync. Seems more fitting with the name and all, this one seems to suit my needs more, with easy downloads and remote functions. Will have to try it tonight.

Well been testing it with the KP and so far so good. Uploads pictures seems to be easier than with image sync.

Wait till October, when Canada legalize pot, then they will be wanting more and for us to serve them munchies.

It's been legal here for years. But it might get even smokier, I suppose.
