Pentax SMC 67 Zoom 50-100 MM F4.5

hello all pentaxians i got a problem in openeing the lens i got stuck with the next part

i have buyed that lens with fungus the most was at the last lens element that could been cleaned very well

but now going to the next parts i dont know how to continue

i tryed some rubber for the front lens but it doesnt move at all
i also looked if i find some more screw´s but there are at least no visables
i tryed to circle some areas so it might move but also nothing

how do i open the lens ?

would it be possible to build a leaf shutter into my pentax 645z ? i heared the shutter can be replaced if demaged but not if i can have a faster version (upgrade or expand) with a faster y-sync speed or a leaf shutter
