Hello from spain

Hello from Spain.
I hope somebody here can help me with my problem.
I have Pentax X70 an at the last Months with a full battery I can only shot around 10 Photos and the camera shows that the battery is empty.
I bought 2 new ones and a new battery charger but it is the same.
It seems the camera has a problem.
Anyone knows if you can fix the problem.

Sorry, my English is not so good.

It sounds like the problem is in the camera but unless it's the contacts with the battery it will probably need a professional repair. I know a place in Madrid (don't know if you're close) which I understand tackles all sorts of camera repairs, you could always ask for a quote.

Parece ser un problema de la camara pero salvo que sea con los contactos con la pila necesitará reparación por un profesional cualificado. Conozco un sitio en Madrid (no sé si vives cerca) que entiendo que están dispuestos a hacer cualquier tipo de reparación de las camaras, siempre se puede pedir un presupuesto.

Thank you very much, I´m not living near Madrid but I was thinking my camera is 10 years old and maybe it is time to renovate.

assuming you can get a translation into Spanish, or can read English [ I am very limited in my language skills, only English ], be sure to check out
the " user " reviews along with the " In Depth Reviews " of the various cameras and lenses you will find under " Cameras " and " Lenses " above

there is also the " Pentax Camera Comparison " tool

I have set this one up to compare side by side 3 ASP-C Sensor and 1 Full Sensor camera bodies: KP, K 3 II, K 70 and K 1

Pentax does offer a lot of choices and you may be able to find an older camera model if you want to.
