| Hello from London!
Hi all, Greetings from London! I recently bought a Pentax MX with a SMC 50mm f/1.7 lens. This is my first ever camera (film or digital!) and I am just getting to grips with the basics of photography. However, I love analogue and mechanical tech so have always admired film cameras and finally decided to buy one. After doing some research online I found lots of praise for Pentax film cameras (particularly due to their simplistic designs and durability) and so this was the reason I bought my MX. I was recently part of a film shoot at an old dilapidated Abbey and I took my MX along to get some behind the scenes B&W snaps. I have attached some examples to this message. Posting as .pdf files require the user to download the .pdf to their computer, making it more difficult to view your images. Welcome to the forum, if love your MX... you ought to try a find an LX, which was in IMHO Pentax in their finest hour.  | |
