[L'affreux Jojo]

Hi Everybody in the Pentax Forums !

I'm Jorge (L'Affreux Jojo) and I've been using Pentax material for a long while by now.

I'm just what we call in France "Un Amateur Averti" (and in any case a professional in photography), nowadays living in Ireland after been living in Argentina, Spain and France.

My Pentax kit is composed of :
- RICOH GR (16 Mpix)
- Pentax K-10D
- Pentax K-1000

Lenses :
- Cosina 24mm f/2.8
- Pentax SMC-A 35mm f/2.8
- Pentax SMC-A 50mm f/2.8
- Pentax 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 SMC DA
- Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8
- Pentax SMC-A 70-210mm f/4
- Pentax 50-200mm f/4-5.6

I'm very proud of been in this forum, I like the Pentax brand, and I respect people who work with other brands (I also have other brands cameras).

I like almost all style of photography, even if I do not focus on any style in particular. I like sharpness in images, contrasts (all kind of them), B&W (I developed some years ago my own b&w films at home), low ISO pics. Daylight or night photo have the same interest for me. Portraits, objects, Hands, anything that can be taken in photo is a good subject.

Nowadays I try to improve the quality of my compositions, to pay more attention to the light. Let's put it simple, I have more things to learn, than the much I already know.

I hope I will have the opportunity to have discussions with many of you, and if I can be helpful in some way; I will share the things I know whenever they will help.

You have some fine equipment. You'll find a lot of folk here (me included) who really enjoy shooting with older cameras and lenses. My favourite DSLR is the K10D / Samsung GX-10 (I own two GX-10s myself), and there's a healthy community here of folks who actively shoot these cameras.

As soon as I find the "tab" I will start posting

On the right hand side of the sign in screen, click on "Forum". From the drop down menu, click on "Forum Home". Once you are there, scroll down to "Photo Sharing and Galleries" and click on "Post Your Photos!"

Now you have no excuses!
