Hi, new member here

Hi all

I'm a long time Pentax user, bought a used Spotmatic in 1970, have been shooting Pentax since. I currently am shooting an istD but am planning to update soon. I'm thinking KP. Is there any reason to go with the less expensive K 70? Also, I have a couple of DA lenses. I have a chance to buy a couple of Pentax zooms with full 35mm coverage. Is there any disadvantage besides weight in doing this. I look forward to talking Pentax with fellow enthusiasts.

The KP is certainly the better camera, if it meets your budgetary expectations. No disadvantage, at all, using full-frame glass.

Welcome! I'd personally go for the KP, it seems to be a step up.

HI

I'm leaning towards the KP, so far everybody says it's the better camera.
