Hello, New 67 Owner

Hi, All: I’ve shot 4 rolls of Portra 400 so far, getting the feel of the camera with an SMC 105mm f2.4, mostly on tripod. Got my first results from The Darkroom, and I’m stoked that they came out well.

I just sent it off to Eric Hendrickson for some TLC (CLA).

Can someone please point me to instructions for posting photos here? From my iPhone, I do not see the ‘Manage Attachments’ button at the bottom that was referenced. I wanted to add one or two to the ‘Post your medium format pictures!’ in the ‘Pentax Medium Format’ section of this site, but don’t see how, for the life of me. I see the option below this text box as I type, but not in the other ‘Pentax Medium Format’ section.

I look forward to contributing where appropriate. Thanks in advance! Ken

Hi Ken, welcome aboard. I see from your post in " post your medium format photos " that you have sorted your issue with posting images. Well done.

Thank you. I see that if I ‘reply’ to the previous post, then delete the content, I have the ‘Manage Attachments’ box come up. There’s probably a more correct way to do it...

Thank you for the welcome! Late yesterday I received my scans for The Darkroom for the three rolls I shot at a family weekend at the beach. The results exceed my expectations, and may cause me to sell my 645 and invest in a couple or three more 67 lenses.

I’ve posted a few non-family results in the general section. My portraits of my mom and dad look great!

Can’t wait to get it back from Eric Hendrickson and try out my right hand grip.
