Hi Everybody!

I've been lurking here for almost a year, and decided it was time to stop being a stranger. I've never lurked where there are so many good people, and was starting to feel guilty about it.

Anyhow.. I'm from Oklahoma, and I've been shooting a K10D since last September. A couple of weeks ago a bought a K20D and love it... of course I love the K10 too.

I shoot mostly macro, (with tubes), and have never posted a picture on the net... but that will change soon....

Thank you, and I did. But it's not a bee, it's a hoverfly.

I was in the backyard shooting "purple" weeds with my new K20D X-synced, ISO 400, AF540 at 1/32 power, an SMC-T 85mm 1.9 preset to f8, with a 12mm tube, and this fly started buzzing around. (Bees have four wings). He started to hover, and I just started firing. Only one in four of the shots were in focus.. I was literally shooting from the hip. The crop is from nowhere near the center of the frame. I don't know what percent crop it is, but it's 163ppi, 580X608 pixels.
