Hello from Michigan

Greetings,

I have visited the forum as a guest several times, when I needed advice, or was looking for information. Now I can do it as a memeber!

I am relatively new to Photography. After using a small point and shoot Pentax, got a IST. Loved it, and used it to the best of my ability. I upgraded to a K10D when I took a nature photography class, and one of the requirements was to bring 2 camera bodies. Having 2 cameras is great, because now my daughter uses the IST and we are in a photography class together.

I belong to two camera clubs, and am the only Pentax shooter in either group. I know I have a great camera, and am tired of the no respect Pentax gets from other shooters.

I hope to learn from fellow Pentax users.
