Pentax User for over 40 years; Just found this forum

Hi--
I'm Angky. Have been using Pentaxes since the early '80s. Just had to learn it all on my own. Now I see there is a site to help folks like me.
And I surely do need the help! All I really know is the old film system--which I learned to think in. Film ratings, ASA numbers, exposures, light capabilities, etc.
Now--how do I learn to think in digital?
Looking forward to the fun happening all over again.

Welcome.
Change asa to iso and you are good. More bell's and whistles in digital.
The main difference is in developing . Get it right in camera and you are good.

I remember when I found this forum a few years ago - it was a breakthrough moment

With a background in film photography, you will catch all digital whereabouts super fast.

remember that with digital, you don't have to under go the cost of printing your mistakes

I have found that has saved me a lot of money
