Unfortunately, it sounds like the LCD screen has become faulty as they wont last forever.

As previously mentioned by forum user "stemked", it may not be worth the fix and another camera may be your only option.

All I can suggest is to try a gentle push on the sides of the LCD screen as a connection to it may have become loose and in rare occasions this may help to re-align or re-connect at the electronic connection.
This may also actually cause more damage than good so do so only at risk of more damage. Pushing on any LCD screen can actually break it inside as it is a liquid crystal display.
I don't recommend doing this.
