Little Old Me

Hi, I'm Art! I live in Fernley, Nevada, and have been into photography for most of my life, as a hobby, and as a part time semi-professional, photographing mostly German Shepherd Dog Shows and Weddings. I am now winding down, at the age of 73, but I still love photography. I recently switched from full frame Canon equipment to the smaller and easier to handle Pentax K5, K3, and K3II camera bodies. I really do like these cameras, and intend to stay with them until I go to Heaven, or whatever God decides! lol I also have two four legged kids (German Shepherds) who keep me active and watch over my wife and I. The lenses that I am using are: Pentax HD DA 70mm F/2.4 limited, Pentax 100mm F/2.8 WR Macro, Pentax 20-40mm HD DA F/2.8-4 Limited, Pentax FA 35mm F/2.0, Sigma 10-20mm F/3.5 zoom, and a Pentax SMCP-DA 55-300mm f/4-5.8 ED WR lens. I also have battery grips for both the K3 and K5. That is about it for now!

I shoot exactly the same Pentax bodies as you - the K-5, K-3 and K-3II, though mainly the K-3 - and a few older and other-brand cameras too.
