Hello!
My Name is Hermann and I am a design student from Berlin.
Last semester I did a photography class and got hooked!
I managed to find a free Ricoh KR 5 with some lenses and bought a 50mm Auto Revuenon 1.4, because of the reviews I read here.
Unfortunately my Ricoh died after around 10 films and I managed to find a cheep Pentax Me Super, wich I fell in love with immediately, the build quality is insane compared to the Ricoh. Although I don't find the buttons to set the shutter speed to comfortable und lately got stuck using Auto mode and the exposure compensation dial.
But also the Me Super has a problem now - the shutter seems to be "lazy" and does not move when it's fired on manual faster than 1s, although the mechanical x125 and B mode seem to fire it with a short delay. I feel either it could be either something stuck in the mechanism or some failure with the mechanics.
I hope somebody can help me out. Otherwise I might need to buy the MX as my next camera.
Best regards,
Hermann
