Hi from Copenhagen

Hi Pentax friends

I hope there is room for a former analog Pentax user, and a present Pentax lens user. I used Pentax up to the the start of the digital age. For different professional reasons I now use Sony bodys with mostly Zeiss lenses. But I still use what is left of my Pentax K, M and A lenses, some were sadly stolen. And I'm still as happy as always when I use the lenses.

Welcome to the Forums from Australia. I like using Zeiss lenses on my K-3 but all my Zeiss glass is old zebra versions.

Thank you

..But the Zebras got much more character than many of the newer ones. I really like the the 135 sonnar, 80mm Biometar, 50mm Tessar, 25 and 20mm Flektogons. And the 35mm Flektogon -even if it is a f:2.8 it got the best bokeh of all 35mm I have tried, and it is perhaps the most inspiring 35mm to use, (but not the sharpest, but sharpness is not everything), also compared to my newer Zeiss and Leica lenses

I like those too (I don't have the others that you mention). I have also got a nice 180/2.8 Sonnar. It is a very big lens but very sharp. Unfortunately I don't get enough time to play with them.

The Sonnar 2.8/180 is a real classic. The compressed depth and tons of beautiful bokeh is also very nice for portrait.

Welcome to the forum. Your old lenses should match very well with a modern FF mirrorless camera.

I was in Copenhagen and the surrounding area on holiday last September and we had a wonderful time, it's a really great place with some unique photographic opportunities.

Hello Andersen

Welcome to the forums! (Eller velkommen til, som vi siger på dansk..)

Nice photo you posted.

You are not the only Dane here - I am Danish as well, and apparently there is a small group of active Danish posters here.

I hope you will enjoy your stay here.

I guess it is more easy to see the extraordinary in other surrendering than where you are living. I think I will never stop get
excited from new experience when I visit Spain, which I have done many times.
