Hello from Romania!!!

Hey, my name is Joenel Dragos and I am a photographer based in Bucharest, Romania.
I like to experiment with vintage lenses, proud owner of the 2 "Bouquet" lenses: Carl Zeiss Ultron 50mm f/1,8 and Weltblick (Porst) 135mm f/1,8.
Cat owner, I am in portraiture mostly and street photography, I am curious about you guys, what is your most "Bouquet" lens you own and what kind of photography you do/like?

Hi, Joenel, and welcome to Pentax Forums.

If you look around the various Groups and photo sharing forums here, you’ll get a better idea of what members like to shoot. Personally, my favourites are landscape and travel.

Similarly, there are many lens clubs and Lens Sample Photo Archive - PentaxForums.com, where members talk about their various lenses and share photos. Click on any of the links (in red above) to take you to those parts of Pentax Forums. My favourite bokeh lenses are my FA Limiteds (particularly the FA31) and FA* lenses (particularly the FA*80-200), but also the D FA*50. Any mirror lens such as the Pentax 400-600 can produce interesting (or sometimes just odd-looking) bokeh.

Enjoy your time in the Forums!

PS – there is also the Bokeh Club!

Welcome to the forums!

I live in Hong Kong and enjoy travel photography and macro (especially insects and spiders). I quite enjoy street photography as well and I look forward to seeing some of yours. Hong Kong is a great place for street photography but I'm not very good at it or very comfortable taking photos of strangers...

Welcome from Baltimore, USA

Romania is high on my list of places to visit! I had hoped my wife and I might have gotten there this year---my oldest daughter and my son in law live in Vienna, and we have friends originally from Bulgaria who we might have traveled with to their old country (now they live in California). But, not this year! Maybe next year or the year after....

Very seldom. You don't often see them in the wild. In reserves, yes.

Yes, because of the Covid-19 a lot happened, I hope you can get pass and not post-pone it!
In real every part of this Country is amazing, it has everything, sea, mountains, and really great history but because of the people in control
everything is kinda down, but very great views here indeed!
