Hello from Vancouver, Canada

Hello,

I am an artist living in Vancouver. I own a Pentax K-1 after a 25 year camera break since I owned a K1000. I bought the camera and a 43mm lens for documentation in my studio of temporary sculptures and printing at large sizes. I am not a great photographer but getting better all the time given the mundane subject matter. I have joined the forums in the hope of getting some equipment and technique advice for studio photography of objects.

Welcome aboard. I spent a lot of time in Vancouver from 1999 to 2007. I used to work for a company based there and did a lot of training in Burnaby. Big fan of Stanley Park and drove up Mt. Seymore for some a bit of hiking. Beautiful area.
