Hello,
Proud owner of a K3 and still learning the workings of it. Going to try some vintage Takumar lenses when I get the adapter.
Hey Stevers, welcome! I'm also a K3 owner in New Jersey (Somerset county). Hope you like your K3!

Thanks! Yes, prefer to get away from the 95 corridor. Pinelands not too far away, plenty of history in there. Many local parks, creeks & rivers...good kayaking. NW corner of the state is nice also.

Welcome!
I know the nicest parts of NJ are well away from the I-95 corridor, those are the parts I think of when I remember my home state. I only wish the travel ban hadb't kept me from revisiting during the autumn.

I look forward to seeing your pictures

Thanks! Burlington County here, nice area although I think Somerset probably has it beat. I like the K3, need to get out there with it more.

Thanks for the welcome! Exit 4, although I avoid the Tpke. as much as I can.
My sister lived in Durham for a while, now in the Outer Banks
I have the K3 and really like it. Still have a lot to learn about it to up my game.

Hey Jersey!
Welcome to the Forum...
BTW: What exit?!? LOL!!!
K-5 is a nice camera, you're going to really like getting into making it work for you... Especially with vintage glass...
The best part is finding old glass in unusual places (It's out there...) And people don't know it's worth So it goes for bargain prices...

Hunterdon has some good parks next to Somerset... and I don't often go near the 95 corridor either.
