Thanks for the tips Des! Yes, I was setting everything in M mode. TAv is definitely something that is making me relearn a few things, though the results look good! Adjusting the EV on the fly is my next kink to work on.

Also trying out the aberation removal via darklight; seems that the channel to fix is the green? Hope my result is about right!

Looks a bit better. Green and purple are two poles of the tint spectrum - but you don't want to change the colours in the whole scene if you can avoid it.

The program I use (DxO PhotoLab 4) just has a tick box for correcting purple fringing - I suspect other commercial ones are similar.

I like the watch shot!
