I'm new here. I have been out of SLR cameras for about 8 years. Point and shoot digital was much easier for me than 35mm. I wanted to get back in to the addiction/hobby. Just ordered my K20D from Amazon and they even threw in a Optio A40... pretty good deal. Anyway, I have been reading reviews and posts here and have learned a lot. Thanks to everyone.

I am on my second month of K20D ownership. I love it. You will find this place somewhat addicting.

Thanks! I'm also a fan of N. Wisconsin as well as the UP. I used to travel up there all the time for work. It's great in the spring and summer.

Welcome from another Colorado member. I think we're all looking forward to a little snow - it's been a very dry fall thus far.

It has been dry but I didn't like the 4" of snow yesterday and the city never plows my street. Oh well... at least it was a long weekend.
