Hello from NH

I have actually been around for years and years. Cameras died few years ago so I fell out of the hobby. Making a full come back so thought a reintroduction was in order.
Live in the back woods of NH and much prefer landscape shots. People are to much work. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things thanks to this forum.

Welcome from the other NH, Norm Head.
I live in a corner just outside of of Algonquin Park. which is about the same size as Delaware and Rhode Island. My most photographed area would be section of Crown Land behind my house and images of my dogs on their dog walks. But I do a lot of wilderness canoe tripping, so most years there's a lot of landscape.

Welcome back to the hobby - have you already picked up (or picked out) a replacement for the dead camera body?

Yeah, picked up a KP. Looks real nice. Feels pretty close to what I had. might have to shop some new glass. This could become a problem lol.

Thanks everyone! Forget about Pentax being everywhere sometimes. Scottland, Italy, some of the views must be amazing.

My recommendation DA 16-85, DA 55-300 PLM, DA 50 1.7, DA 35 2.4, DA 100 macro 2.8.

Get them in order.
That's admittedly light weight relative low cost option. If you have more than $2000 to spend on lenses let us know. We are fantastic at spending other people's money.
