The K-1 is certainly great for night photography. I haven't done any work with my own lighting as yet but I certainly enjoy its capabilities along with using some old glass with character such as this:

One exciting thing that's occured is that I have been invited to be a speaker at
Night Photo Summit 2022. It's a total honor to be teaching alongside such giants of the night photography world. My presentation will be "How to Use Light Painting Angles to Create Detail, Texture, and Drama".
