Hi, just introducing myself - Phil Taylor.
2nd year of a 3 yr bachelor of science in Scientific Photography - heading for medical photography.

Love Pentax gear but want better lenses.

Have a wife, Kate & daughter Cassia, and another on the way in July.

That's about it. Grew up in Tasmania, island to the south of Australia.

Looking forward to some great discussion here.

Just went through your gear and I was surprised that you didn't list any opinion of your M50/1.7 - I guess you like it

Glad to have you here and I'm sure that there are plenty of people who will be more than happy to feed your LBA!

Oh, yeah, sorry, forgot the 50mm - love it. Cost me $40 at camera house and stays on my camera 50% of the time...now for the FA version...after the 31mm.

Roentarre, I'd love to meet sometime when I get a spare moment - quite busy this month, but that's Uni.
