Hello all!

Long time lurker, but first time poster here. Nice to meet everyone--the community's been great so far.

I had a PZ-10 for a few months that I got at a second hand camera shop here in Toronto. I've since upgraded to a Z-1p and couldn't be more pleased with how it performs.

Any recommendations on a prime lens in the 30-45mm range? I've got a Pentax-F 50/1.7 but I find for the street shooting I do that I always have to take a step or two back.

The 31mm FA limited looks nice but 800CAD for a lens is a lil nuts for me right now

Welcome to the forum, two of my "Ladies" would work well for your requirements... either my "Bohemian Lady" Pentax-A 35mm F2.0 or "Retro Lady" SMC Pentax-M 40mm F2.8

That is if you can live with manual focus...

Welcome to the forums!
There is also the FA 43mm Limited lens, which is cheaper than the 31, especially used. Or quite a few 35mm lenses, for instance the FA 35mm f2.

Welcome to Pentax Forums from Germany! I'd second Kerrowdown's suggestion of his Retro Lady, a manual focus 40mm pancake.
