where is my k1000 produce

hi everyone

I start off my film journey as a student and I just brought a k1000 from eBay, but I'm not sure where the camera is produced, I look through a lot of websites and still have no clue, mine has an Asahi Pentax on top, but don't have any serial number on the top metal body, no sticker, body written Asahi opt .co , serial number at the bottom is 6196150, can anyone help me determine where is it produced to see whether I brought a good one, many thanks
