Old dawg new tricks

Greetings, H1 to ME Super and lots in between. Want to start taking photos again. This site and forum are helping me. I think I want to keep it simple, but develop my own film. Used to do slides back in the day. I have a bunch of old film that could result in interesting photos. Thanks to all who contribute.

Do you plan to use the existing cameras you have? Do you think they need any cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment? Do you have the development technique you plan to use worked out?

Prob use my MX for film. Don't have a Pentax digital. Any suggestions? I do not have a development plan yet. I was wondering if it is possible to use same technique as I did for developing color slides. They turned out fantastic! If I go digital, then it's a different animal. I guess I will need to get photos from camera to computer, edit them then send digital images to someone for prints? Anyway, I'm excited about my photo future.
