I think the forum sent out a "ping" to users who have signed up but haven't posted a single thing. Probably the mods trying to trim down the user lists from the last couple years.

Perhaps alot of them received the same "post something now or we're deleting your account" email that I got today. I've been lurking for about a year now but haven't had anything educational or interesting to post. Thanks for giving me the opening I needed!
