Hey all,
After years of playing with various Sony compacts, I got stuck in with a 135mm Praktica MTL-5 and a selection of screw mount lenses, all from the mid-eighties and forgotten in a cupboard for a decade. I inherited a Pentax P30n last year, and dissatisfied with the manual Vivitar zoom that came with it, found some great primes second hand (and bought them because of the advice I got here).
After scrimping, saving and shopping around, I bought a K200D earlier this year to speed up the learning curve. This forum is invaluable, but if you're reading this, you all ready know that. I live with two other enthusiastic amateurs, who both use different systems, and even they love my Pentax.
