Another Greeting From Canada!

Hello everyone, just checking in from the wilds about an hour north west of Toronto, Ontario Canada (in the shadow of the Niagara Escarpment).

First contracted the Pentax bug with an ME-F and after an untimely removal, thought it was in remission until the P-30 stage developed. The P-30 being lonely quickly led to the addition of a used P-3. This state lasted for a few years until it escalated to the MZ-S stage, finally evolving to *ist-D. I`m learning to live with this accumulation but the symptoms include random bouts of photo shooting followed by liberal applications of forum therapy. I am very fearful that it may progress to another stage at any moment.

Seriously, love the equipment and see that there is a lot of knowlege in this forum. Perhaps some might rub off.

Hmmm. An hour NW of Toronto in the shadow of the escarpment. That should place you around the Milton area? I'm just southeast of you

Thanks for the welcome Alvin...actually reside a little north of Milton area in Halton Hills. Do you shoot up here?

As much as I've driven by the area on my way to Guelph to see friends and family, I haven't shot around the escarpment at all.

I've been around Norval and Georgetown a bit because I used to live up in Brampton back in the 80's. I know things have changed quite a bit since then.

Wow, another Canadian! You've got lots of company here! Sounds like you've got the Pentax bug pretty good, and I'm sure you'll develop the dreaded LBA complications that go along with it. Pull up a chair, empty your wallet, and join the club!
