Hello, just bought my K2000 the other day. My first camera period, still trying to figure stuff out. I'm from Texas, but I live in Oklahoma. We just had a few days of ice, so stuck inside. As soon as the weather clears up, I'm gonna start using it outside. So far I like it, I'm already looking into getting a 2x telephoto lens, and maybe a 200mm lens. I'm looking to take pictures of objects far away, is 200mm good enough? Something like 500-600 ft? Is there some formula to configure how much of a lens you'll need based on distance?
