Back to the family

It all started in 1978, with my freshman high-school photography course and an Asahi Pentax ME.

Later, I left it for a Canon AE-1 Program, and a venerable Vivitar Series One 70-210, which were all stolen years later, giving their place to a Canon Rebel.

Then, digital came around... An Olympus, with 1.3MP!!! A Fujifilm, a couple of Canon P&S, a PIE film scanner, and then the Sony F717 - which forced the Rebel into retirement.

I must admit I have been flirting with the Nikon and Canon DSLRs out there but...

Earlier today I renewed my vows. Ordered a K10D and a 16-45/f4 from B&H. Delivery scheduled for Monday...

Thanks for the warm replies.

By some miracle, I actually got the camera yesterday!!

The battery is charging at this moment and I hope to soon start enjoying it.

Maybe after I update the firmware... ;-)
