Hi New user here.

I am a complete newbie to SLR photograhy.
Recently purchased a K100d with a 18 55mm lens which gave good results.

Certainly better than my previous cameras.

I then purchased a 50mm lens and Whoy! How much better can it get.

I then walked past a old camershop (in DEWSBURY thats a challenge) and in the window for a tenner (GBP) was a Vivitar 75 300 mm telephoto pentax fit maunal.

So I got that .Oh and I found a 2x teleconvertor Pentax fit on Ebay .

And now I need to know how to use all this kit.
So I thought what better place to start than here.

Cheers Gary

Welcome to the forum, you've picked a tough one there, martial arts are fast and usually done in terrible lighting conditions (for photography that is).
