Saying Hello

Hi, just wanted to say hello. I joined the forum yesterday with a question regarding a lens purchase, and thanks very much to those who replied.

I'm pretty new to photography as a hobby although I've had a K1000 for years which I gave to my son when I got my Ist. I've been using a Nokina 80-200 from my K1000 on the Ist and been fairly happy with it but purchased an SMC Pentax 80-320 FA yesterday to replace it. Can't wait for that to arrive!

Anyhow, hello from Alberta Canada.
