| Greetings from Melbourne Australia
Dear all fellow Pentaxians, My name is Huy (pronounce similar to that Huey's cooking show  ). Even though this is my first post at pentaxforums, I have been visitting here quite regularly since last year and have been an observer since then.Coming from a Sony DSS-V1 prosumer camera I took the plunge last year and purchased my first DSLR K100D Super. All I can say is WOW from the first shot that I took with this camera and all is history. Thank you all for your posts in this forum which has helped me in making the right decision to go with Pentax. To keep the post interesting, I would like to share some of the pictures that I have accumulated over the time. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have enjoy looking at other forum members whom have posted their pictures. Welcome! As a prime shooter you have chosen a nice brand with so many nice primes available from pentax and not to mention vogitlander and zeiss. Those are some very nice shots, creative composing, I like the boxing in of the rabbit and the radical perspective on the bridge. I also started with a sony v1, nice little camera that. Now you may start reading the 3600+ posts in the k-7 thread, enjoy  | |

Thanks Andreas, the V1 is indeed a very nice little camera. I was sorry to let it go, but at the time i needed some extra $$ for buying the Pentax. Gladly the new camera doesn't disappoint and I quickly forget about the V1  | |
