I thought I might give this a try, so everyone can use a single thread to introduce themselves in for the most part.

I don't think a general intro thread will work. Users seem particularly interested in responding to intros from users in their own country/state/region. That's easiest seen in the tread title.

No on other forums the Introduction Thread is usually just where people can go and post who they are and where they're from. I figured I might try it here.
