Hello from Sarasota

I just recently purchased a K2000 and am having a great time getting to know it. My first SLR was a P3N - in 1989??? It's kind of fun that I can use the lenses from that camera on the new one. I moved into digital about 8 years ago - and have been using a Kodak P850 for the past four years or so. Since I was shooting manually anyhow, I decided to go back to SLR format. I have worked as a print journalist for more than 20 years and currently do marketing and publicity for an opera company. I was very happy to find this forum. I can also be found on FLCKR and DPS.
