I don't have a K2000 nor the two DA L lenses. You might read informaiton on the following link though as this question has come up before.
Re: New 18-55 DA L & 18-55 DA Mk II: Pentax SLR Talk Forum: Digital Photography Review
I believe that if you are actually getting the regular DA lenses that would be somewhat better than the DA L versions. However, the add I've seen for the typical kit sets for the K2000 it's usually sold with the DA L versions so that would be my expectation. If you were say getting an all white version of the k2000, I believe only the DA L lenses would be expected to be all white as well.
It seems like you should speak to the store about this and find out for sure but again, I think you would find that this was always going to come with the DA L lenses. Regardless, I don't think that there is a big price difference between these kit lenses. Generally, the websites are fairly accurate but they do make mistakes. In my case, I recently ordered a used k100d from Adorama (which the site said that it was) and got a k100d super. I'm not unhappy with that at all. In your case, what appears to me to be the big difference between these is the 'quick shift' manual focus ring on the regular DA lenses, I personally like this feature. Keep in mind that you will have a lot to learn and enjoy with your first DSLR and for a time it really wont matter what lenses you have. What will really matter is your next lens purchase(s). I hardly use my DA 18-55 anymore as I have many others that replaces it. But I do find my DA 50-200 is a nice medium lens for various tasks. YMMV.
