Hello everybody,
I'm 27 years old and live in Varese, a town in northern Italy.
I am an amateur photographer and the Pentax k200d which I bought a little more than a year ago is my first digital SLR. I chose Pentax over Canon and Nikon because I wanted a solid, rugged camera with no bells and whistles and the K200 is just that. My compact camera is an old Sony DSC-S60 (with Zeiss lenses, outstanding clarity), that started me on digital photography and still comes in handy every now and then.
I like to shoot architecture, landscapes and animals, especially insects, but as mos beginners I'm doing a bit of everything actually. I subscribed to this forum because I hope to learn something and to be able to share my modest experiences with others.
