Hello from INdiana USA...

Brand new Pentaxian here..
Just acquired my 1st Pentax DSLR with two lenses, a K20d, Sigma 24-70 EX/DG f/2.8, Sigma 70-300 APO. (from 3 different sellers...2 were from the market place here).

I am mainly a hobbyist...OK I am a hobbyist.

I am very glad I got a Pentax too. IQ is assume.
I mainly photograph nature, macro stuff, some studio stuff..not very good, but not horrible either.

I've been pouring over the forums too, finding many interesting topics. Great site. Hope to contribute here and there in the future.

Wow is that another hoosier? Fort Wayne native here. If you get down to Bloomington, take some pictures of the new basketball facility. (of course, if you are a Purdue fan than we're done talking... just kidding.) That would be great for this transplanted Hoosier. For everyone else, lets see some of pictures of those Southern Indiana beautiful fall colors.

It's what we call ourselves I guess...I don't know the history behind it...
Indianapolis is called "Nap-Town"...BTW...we have a Womens roller derby of 4 years or so called "The Nap-Town Rollers".

A Hoosier is a resident of Indiana in the US, but nobody really knows what the heck it means or where it came from.
