Hello everyone, my nickname is catfish. I'm currently a Nikon D60 user but there are some things I just can't do with this camera. I considered going to the Nikon D90 which is a very good camera, but then discovered the Pentax K-7. I had a Pentax film SLR back in the early 70's and it was a great camera. Took it all over Europe for 2 years and never failed me and got some incredible shots with it. So when I heard about the K-7 and it's capabilities I said, "That's for me" Most main interest is in macro, nature and landscapes. People pictures don't interest me all that much. So in the near future I'll be bugging you all for some help with my new camera. Thanks to all of you in advance.

G'day Catfish. Welcome to the forum.
The D90 is indeed a fine camera, but the K-7 does stack up quite well in comparison.
Fire away with your questions - I'm sure there will be a few here who could answer them!
Lesnes will be your next big purchases, so look through the wide-angles and macro lenses in the forum's lens review database to know which ones are right for you.
