I am a beginner DSLR user and decided to start with K-7. Had it for about a month now.

Please give Sergio a warm Pentax Forum welcome... I had a chance to meet Serge and his new K7 the other day in SF... He is a really nice guy and is eager to learn how to get the best from his K7. He was having a bit of a soft / focus issue with the K7 and Kit.

I wanted to help more, but I spent most of our time trying to figure out how to get the K7 to do what I wanted. Wow it is a very different User interface compared to my K20...

I just bought mine Friday...so you are way ahead of me

But I have been reading this forum a bit longer, I can already tell you it's a very friendly forum.
