what a noob! =)

Hello to all.

Let me just say that I'm really excited about getting into photography.
I am definitely a beginner. But I truly enjoy the art and creativity behind photographs.

Im coming from a sony cybershot to a pentax kx which I believe was a wise choice in more ways then one.
I'm getting serious about the craft and very eager to learn as much as possible while gaining experience by getting out there and capturing some great moments.

I haven't received my kx yet (just ordered it) but looking forward to the day it arrives.

Anyway, Looks like a great community of knowledgeable persons from whom I look forward to learning a lot from.

I liked my Sony cybershot a lot, but decided some time ago that I wanted something more.
So last week I bought a Pentax K-7.
I think you will enjoy your Pentax K-x a lot. Hope to see your pictures soon.

You'll love the K-x. It's got a lot going for it for an entry-level camera.
