Another hello from Perth, Australia.

Hi all,

Another Perth-ite here.. I notice there are a couple of us on here now.

I have Pentax K10 D with a simple Sigma 18 - 50 lens.

This is my first decent digital camera and I must admit I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to photography even though my dad is a photographer. He uses nothing but Nikon.

Anyway, I came in search of some answers so I will go and create a thread if I can't find the answers I need via the search function.

Good start with the K10D + 18-50 - it'll show you where you need to go from there if you stick it out.

I will be heading to Perth for some locum jobs in Charles Gardener hospital. Good weather there atm. Picture perfect city you are living in!

Correct, it is a picture perfect city. If you get the opportunity to head down South or up North there is some beautiful scenery
