Hi from another Aussie

Hi all

I'm new to Pentax and to SLR's. I just stepped up from a Canon S3 IS about a month ago and have bought a K100D. I have lot of learning to do, so that's why I'm here. I have taken my first 1,000 photos and I'm enjoying the improvement in speed and image quality

Errr, being from Perth originally, I was West Coast, but never really followed them. I moved to Melbourne in 93, and rode the glory days, much to the disgust of people here. Then and started dating a fanatical Melbourne follower. 8 years and 2 kids later, the deal is we support Melbourne, and if we ever move back west, she converts to WC.
